Campaign Management helps you and your colleagues contribute to the community through a website customized to your company and its workplace giving campaign. Employees pledge their support online and campaign administrators track results instantaneously. This flexible and customizable product offers real-time reporting, campaign management tools and secure transactions, giving you added control to drive community giving.

Customized Donor Presentation and Communications
Campaign Management lets you target personalized messages to donors, groups or regional offices to help make campaigns more relevant and meaningful. This includes designing a look and feel that is customized for each unique organization and its various locations and email functionality to facilitate campaign communications. Your campaign approach or “ask” can also be adjusted for employee groups depending on business rules for gift types, designations, minimum donations, leadership giving, etc.

Reporting and Monitoring Capabilities
Delivers real-time reports allowing you to track contributions, compare activity across groups or offices, and target follow-up communications as needed. Campaign Management reporting is easily modified for export to your payroll system.

Secure User Access
Provides a secure environment that lets you choose who gets what information. The system can be selectively configured such that Campaign Coordinators and Administrators view only the information that is appropriate for them to see. Each individual employee can also be given permission to view each individual component of the system.
