When disaster strikes, your first instinct is to reach out – to help in any way you can. In the wake of a catastrophe, United Way can help you make your caring count.
Much of the long-term work remains ahead of us, and while we take time to look back on the accomplishments of the last year, we must keep our eyes on the road ahead. United Ways across the country continue to work to mobilize the caring power of communities and help rebuild lives ravaged by this disaster.
In addition to these individual opportunities to help, we encourage you to get your workplace involved in the efforts.

DonatePlease continue to
support your local United Way. Your ongoing support provides the financial stability that enables United Ways and their community partners to respond immediately.
In order to facilitate giving to specific crises, we created the United Way Disaster Response Fund. Donations to the 2005 Fund are still hard at work in the Gulf Coast to rebuild lives and communities. In future times of crisis, the Fund will be reactivated to accept donations.
